One-on-One Executive Coaching

Each year, Tim takes on a handful of clients who are interested in one-on-one coaching. His target client is an executive level leader who desires a holistic approach to growth, and covering issues such as:

  • Leadership development

  • Effective communication

  • Personal growth

  • Marriage / Family Life

  • Managing change

  • Leading members of Gen Z

Each coaching experience is customized based on the needs of the client. It consists of a full year of monthly virtual meetings and one in-person, half-day meeting if desired. The fee for this year of coaching is $6,000.

Tim has coached business executives, athletic coaches and administrators, school leaders, non-profit executives and ministry leaders.
